Resolutions
This 8-week program is designed to get you back on track with your fitness goals. Meet with your Resolutions coach for goal setting and equipment orientation in week one, then check-in with your coach each week thereafter. Non-members have use of the indoor fitness facility during the program.

Master Swimming
Ages 18 and up
This is geared for former swimmers, future triathletes and beginners. Increase your cardiovascular endurance and swimming technique with the help of an ACAC team of master coaches. We offer practices in the mornings, evenings and on the weekends. Please call Bryan Creech at 378-1600 for more details.

Adult Self Defense Classes
A completely different approach in self defense. There are no acrobatic kicks, throws, hard blocks or difficult stances. It’s easy to learn and has many physical benefits including stamina, muscle tone, weight loss, flexibility & balance. Combat Hapkido is well suited for men and women of all ages. No experience necessary. This class will be taught by Master Keith English, a 5th degree black belt with over 30 years experience in training.

10K Training Team
Whether you are a seasoned runner or a beginner, team training is a
great motivator when preparing for an event. Join ACAC's team and train with a great group of members and staff. We'll map the group runs, provide you with indoor treadmill workouts as well as strength training. And everyone gets a great ACAC shirt.

Partner Weight Training
Weight training is a great partner activity! Let our team of ACAC trainers show you the proper technique, form and balance for a program that you and your partner can enjoy over and over again!

WOW - Work on Weights
A program designed to enhance good posture and core strength while lifting weights at home (kids, groceries, furniture. Etc.), at work (boxes, patients, luggage) and while working out. Learn stretches and strengthening exercises in a small group environment.

Ski Patrol
Get ready for the ski season. Start early and get limber and strong for those long days on the ski slopes. Build endurance and explosive stamina in order to have a great, accident free vacation.

Open Volleyball League
Ages 15 & up

Serve up some Sunday night fun. Join the ACAC Winter Volleyball League! There will be a requirement of eight players per team. If you are interested, but without a team; we will be happy to assist you in putting one together. Simply turn in your team roster and payment to the Member Services Desk no later then Sunday, Jan 18.

Games are held on Sundays at 5, 6 and 7pm.
