Massage

A nationwide survey conducted by the American Massage Therapy Association shows that 47 million adult Americans received massage in the past year; and that massage is ranked on par with medication as a pain-reliever by people who receive massage.

ACAC has four certified Massage Therapists on staff offering the following services:

Swedish Massage
This full-body massage is designed to increase circulation, relieve muscular tension, and promote relaxation by utilizing light to medium pressure with long relaxing strokes.

Deep Tissue Massage
An invigorating massage using light to deep pressure to specifically target muscle groups. May be used prior to competition to enhance efficiency or post event to improve recovery rate.

Senior Massage
A combination of techniques that target the special needs of this population such as arthritis pain or osteoporosis.

Face, Head, Neck Massage
Great for people on the go! You will be surprised at the amount of tension held at the face and head particularly around the jaw. For many people, the neck and shoulders are common areas of soreness and tension. Working at a desk or a computer all day helps to create such problems. To have this pain eased away can be a source of great pleasure.

Teen Massage
Today´s teens have busy lifestyles. The massage therapist will focus on the special needs of teenagers.

24 hour cancellation is required. Account will be charged $25 for broken appointments without cancellation.
