ACAC offers a variety of mind~body classes free to all members. Each class connects mind and body in its own way to give you a workout like no other.
Hatha Flow Yoga: This class moves you fluidly from one pose to the next, linking breathing with movements, emphasizing safe alignment. This class will increase strength as well as deepen your sense of well being. A new Hatha Flow I class is perfect for beginners or those that want a gentler, softer approach.
Integral Yoga: A gentler practice of yoga that will relax and center you, taking your body through a series of Hatha Yoga postures that will challenge your muscles in various ways and increase your flexibility.
Pilates: A mind~body workout that strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind creating a more streamlined shape.
MatScience: This class combines both yoga and Pilates movements.
Soul Moves: A fusion of Latin dance, hip-hop, Irish step, modern ballet, and world dance. Full of spirituality and energy, this is a great class for beginners to experienced practitioners.
Qi Gong: An ancient form of exercise that activates the network of energetic pathways throughout the body, eliminate pathogens, regulate respiration and the circulation of blood and harmonize body and mind.
Nia: Combines the grace and spontaneity of dance, the power and explosiveness of martial arts, and the stillness and concentration of yoga and tai chi.
