Kids Bootcamp
Ages 11-15

Want to be in top shape for an upcoming sport you're playing, or are you just looking for a fun work-out? Well then, Kids Bootcamp is for you! It includes a warm-up on the basketball court, speed and agility on the turf field, then a cool down followed by stretching. Don't let the cool air stop you from achieving your best!

Kids Tae Kwon Do
Ages 5-15

Tae Kwon Do is used as a vehicle to teach core values and character development through self-discipline, self-confidence, and self-esteem. Tae Kwon Do can improve your child’s attention span and therefore improve grades and respect for teachers and parents. Taught by Master Instructor Keith English with 31 years in Martial Arts instruction.
